The role supports daily Center operations with on-site responsibilities at 219 W Montauk Hwy, Hampton Bays, NY 11946.

Annual compensation ranges from $40,000 to $51,000, with 2+ years of experience required and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year experience in customer service or other customer-facing environment
• Experience or training in using computers and related systems in an administrative office environment
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Ability to switch rapidly between tasks with no loss in efficiency and effectiveness
• Excellent customer-service, communication, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming phone calls from customers and assists call or routes call to appropriate person
• Maintains good customer relations and ensures that all calls meet Service Experts’ standards
• Resolves customer concerns, complaints, and questions by phone, email, Chat, including billing inquiries, scheduling, and product/service questions
• Updates customer records and dispositions calls in monitoring software
• Adheres to CPI compliance regulations when taking payments over the phone
• Coordinates with dispatch and sales to improve scheduling accuracy and response times
• Communicates with customers on service call status and progress
• Performs similar/other duties as needed or assigned
