Service Experts seeks a Customer Service Specialist in Hampton Bays, NY to handle service requests, appointments, questions, complaints, and billing inquiries with courtesy and professionalism to resolve issues with one-call resolution. This role supports day-to-day center operations and requires strong communication and multitasking.

Minimum education is a high school diploma with 1 year in a customer-facing role; HVAC knowledge is a plus and you will work closely with dispatch to improve

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service or equivalent experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience with computers and administrative systems in an office environment.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and route or assist as appropriate.
• Maintain customer relations and ensure calls meet company standards.
• Resolve customer concerns by researching issues and offering solutions.
• Update customer records and dispositions in call monitoring software.
• Assist with dispatching and coordinate with Sales and Service teams as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and promotions.
