Qualifications

• EPA and safety certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Communicates with customers to answer questions and promote services.
• Inspects, diagnoses, and resolves issues to prevent future breakdowns.
• Delivers parts and equipment as needed and completes paperwork accurately.
• Promotes products and services to customers and coordinates with dispatch.
