Job summary

Open to candidates in Pittsburgh, PA; 2+ years in inside sales/retail and a basic HVAC/mechanical background are preferred, with high school diploma or GED as a minimum requirement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years of inside sales/retail experience.
• HVAC or mechanical background preferred.
• Strong customer-service, sales, and relationship-building skills.
• High energy, teamwork orientation, and comfort with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, identify needs, and provide effective solutions.
• Process quotes and orders for Account Managers, maintaining high volume and accuracy.
• Provide technical support, promote product offerings, and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Make outbound calls, resolve customer issues within policy, and visit customers as needed.
• Support store operations through event assistance, in-store coverage, inventory tasks, and adherence to safety and standard work.
• Collaborate with teams, mentor new associates, engage in community activities, and model strong customer-facing behavior.
