You will maintain customer records, promote Club Memberships, and navigate our database while delivering friendly, professional support to homeowners in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience; HVAC experience a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; basic MS Office skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer and schedule inbound service calls.
• Open customer accounts by recording information.
• Maintain customer records by updating information.
• Promote Tempo Club Memberships.
• Navigate Tempo's database platform proficiently.
• Build customer relationships while assisting customers professionally.
• Other duties as assigned.
