Responsibilities include handling calls, routing to the right departments, updating records, assisting with dispatch, and staying informed about products and promotions; excellence in communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years experience in customer service.
• Experience using computers and related systems in an administrative office environment.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment with efficient task switching.
• Excellent customer-service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate with diverse customers in a pleasant, professional manner.
• Understanding of HVAC/Refrigeration industry is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming customer calls and route to the appropriate person.
• Maintain good customer relations and ensure calls meet standards.
• Resolve customer concerns via phone, email, Chat, scheduling questions.
• Update customer records in the system and dispositions.
• Adhere to CPI compliance when taking payments over the phone.
• Assist with dispatching and coordinate with Sales and Service Coordinator.
• Stay informed about products, services, and promotions.
• Maintain reliable attendance and on-time performance.
