Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule HVAC maintenance, service repairs, and installation appointments.
• Provide precise appointment details to dispatchers, technicians, and sales reps to keep field ops running smoothly.
• Follow up with customers post-service to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain logs of call volumes, booked appointments, and customer interactions in the dispatch system.

What You'll Do
