Central Heat and Air in Cleveland, TN is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our HVAC service team. This full-time role handles inbound and outbound calls to book maintenance, service repairs, and installations, and coordinates with dispatch and technicians.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year call center or customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, and proficiency with scheduling software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ years of call center, customer service, or receptionist experience.
• Energetic, friendly demeanor with professional communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking ability and comfort using computers, multi-line phone systems, and scheduling software.
• Valid driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Inbound & Outbound Booking: Answer incoming customer calls and make outbound calls to schedule HVAC maintenance, service repairs, and sales installation appointments.
• Team Coordination: Provide precise appointment details to dispatchers, service technicians, and sales representatives to ensure seamless field operations.
• Customer Satisfaction: Follow up with recent customers post-service to gather feedback and ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Data Entry & Tracking: Maintain accurate logs of call volume, booked appointments, and customer interactions in our dispatch management system.
