Job summary

Stevens Equipment Supply, a Daikin Industries member, seeks an HVAC CSR Coordinator for the Albuquerque branch. You will lead Customer Service Representatives, support the Branch Manager, and help grow sales through effective dealer communication and training.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in customer service, CSR supervisory experience in HVAC preferred, and a high school diploma or GED. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of delivering superior customer service.
• CSR supervisory/lead experience preferred in HVAC.
• High school diploma or GED required; college preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead CSRs and assist Branch Manager with training.
• Coordinate workflow and ensure delegated tasks are completed.
• Provide feedback and motivation to staff on service quality.
• Coach and train employees as needed.
• Analyze department data and participate in process improvements.
• Support branch operations and recruitment as needed.
