Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of call center, customer service, or receptionist experience (HVAC/home services a plus).
• Energetic, friendly demeanor with professional communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking ability and comfort using computers, multi-line phone systems, and scheduling software.
• Valid driver’s license and work authorization in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Inbound & outbound booking: answer calls and schedule maintenance, service, and sales appointments.
• Team coordination: provide precise appointment details to dispatchers, service technicians and sales reps.
• Customer satisfaction: follow up with recent customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Data entry & tracking: maintain logs of call volume, booked appointments, and customer interactions in the dispatch system.
