Job summary

Tim Ferguson Plumbing, Air and Electric- Jackson is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound bookings, coordinate with dispatch and field teams, and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ years of call center, customer service, or receptionist experience (HVAC or home services experience is a major plus!).
• Energetic, friendly demeanor with professional communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking ability and comfort using computers, multi-line phone systems, and scheduling software.
• Valid driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Inbound & Outbound Booking: Answer incoming customer calls and make outbound calls to schedule HVAC maintenance, service repairs, and sales installation appointments.
• Team Coordination: Provide precise appointment details to dispatchers, service technicians, and sales representatives to ensure seamless field operations.
• Customer Satisfaction: Follow up with recent customers post-service to gather feedback and ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Data Entry & Tracking: Maintain accurate logs of call volume, booked appointments, and customer interactions in our dispatch management system.
