Job summary

Tim Ferguson Plumbing, Air and Electric- Jackson is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support inbound and outbound booking, coordinate with dispatch and field teams, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1+ years in call center or customer service, preferably in HVAC or home services. A valid driver’s license and legal work authorization in the U.S. are required, with equal opportunity employment.

Responsibilities

• Inbound & outbound booking: answer calls and schedule maintenance, service, and sales appointments.
• Team coordination: provide precise appointment details to dispatchers, service technicians and sales reps.
• Customer satisfaction: follow up with recent customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Data entry & tracking: maintain logs of call volume, booked appointments, and customer interactions in the dispatch system.

What You'll Do

Inbound & Outbound Booking: Answer incoming customer calls and make outbound calls to schedule HVAC maintenance, service repairs, and sales installation appointments.

Team Coordination: Provide precise appointment details to dispatchers, service technicians, and sales representatives to ensure seamless field operations.

Customer Satisfaction: Follow up with recent customers post-service to gather feedback and ensure 100% satisfaction.

Data Entry & Tracking: Maintain accurate logs of call volume, booked appointments, and customer interactions in our dispatch management system.

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

1+ years of call center, customer service, or receptionist experience (HVAC or home services experience is a major plus!).

Energetic, friendly demeanor with professional communication skills.

Strong multi-tasking ability and comfort using computers, multi-line phone systems, and scheduling software.

Valid driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
