Job summary

Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily operations by addressing customer needs and coordinating with field technicians and management.

You will answer phones, schedule appointments, process payments, and maintain accurate data while delivering a helpful, friendly customer experience.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, 2–4 years in an office setting with customer contact, strong English skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answers phones, schedules customers and assists with inquiries.
• Provides customer services related to sales, promotions, installations, and communications.
• Processes payments, schedules appointments, and handles refunds as needed.
• Maintains data entry and uses emails/texts to route resources.
• Ensures customer issues are resolved in accordance with consumer laws.
