Job summary

Homans Associates in Meredith, NH is hiring a Warehouse & Counter Sales Associate to support daily warehouse operations while assisting customers at the counter. You will receive, store, and ship inventory, operate forklifts, and use barcode/RFID scanning with our warehouse software.

At the counter, you’ll identify customer needs, quote orders, and help with showroom displays. This role requires reliability and teamwork; we value customer service and accuracy in a fast-paced HVAC parts

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse operations and order processing.
• Ability to greet customers and upsell HVAC parts.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety guidelines.
• Proficiency with inventory systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations: Receive, bin, and ship orders using barcode/RFID scanning; manage POs and transfers.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts with daily pre-trip inspections and safety protocols.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain storage, stage orders for shipment, ensure accurate placement.
• System Management: Use warehouse management systems and shipping/receiving software with accuracy.
• Quality Control: Pick, pack, and document; address discrepancies promptly.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to OSHA guidelines and safety standards.
