Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer calls; identify needs and recommend HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies that best fit their requirements.
• Discuss features and benefits of merchandise; stay current on promotions and deals to maximize sales opportunities.
• Research inventory availability using computer databases, prepare sales/quote orders, process payments, and handle substitutions when needed.
• Maintain organized showroom displays, assist warehouse staff, and coordinate transfers, open orders, and warranty authorizations.
• Balance counter sales with clerical support, telephone outreach, and warehouse assistance—wearing multiple hats to keep operations running smoothly.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Product Knowledge & Promotion Awareness- Discuss features and benefits of merchandise; stay current on promotions and deals to maximize sales opportunities
• Order Processing & Problem-Solving -Research inventory availability using computer databases, prepare sales/quote orders, process payments, and handle substitutions when needed
