Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1+ years in wholesale/retail environment or equivalent experience.
• Front line customer service experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product selections in-store.
• Assist with product recommendations and resolve common issues.
• Process transactions, quotes, warranties, and returns; manage paperwork.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and product displays; conduct regular inventory counts.
