Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Background in HVAC parts and customer service/sales.
• Proficient in English; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 1+ year counter sales experience preferred, HVAC industry ideal.
• Knowledge of air conditioning, heating and ventilation equipment at wholesale level.

Responsibilities

• Represent Baker Distributing Company to maximize sales and service customers at the counter.
• Interact with internal/external sales staff, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain showroom merchandising and restock products.
• Process sales orders and upsell related items.
• Assist walk-in and phone customers with sourcing, shipping, inventory, and warranty issues.
