Responsibilities

• Represent Baker Distributing Company to maximize sales.
• Interact with internal/outside salespeople, vendors and contractors.
• Maintain showroom merchandising and restock products.
• Assist in resolving customer relations problems with dealers and end users.
• Complete sales order process and upsell related items.
• Service walk-in and telephone customers; source and ship parts.
• Research product information via computer, catalog, or references.
• Arrange stock on shelves and keep merchandise organized.
• Apply suggestive selling techniques to current and prospective customers.
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and handle products safely.
