Primary duties include processing sales orders, restocking, and assisting customers with parts sourcing. A focus on upselling, accuracy, and safety will be essential in a fast-paced showroom setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent experience considered.
• Demonstrated experience with HVAC equipment in a wholesale distribution setting.
• Background in sales, operations, purchasing, or inventory management preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service, problem-solving, and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Represent Baker Distributing Company as a leader in the industry, maximizing sales.
• Interact with internal and outside salespeople, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain showroom merchandising and restock products.
• Assist in resolving customer relations problems with dealers and end users.
• Process sales orders and upsell related items.
• Serve walk-in and telephone customers and assist with sourcing and shipping parts.
