Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a knowledgeable Counter Sales Associate in the Dallas area to assist HVAC contractors and customers. You will apply product knowledge, advise on solutions, and drive sales while delivering outstanding service.

The role requires up to 3 years in sales or customer service, with a focus on HVAC products. Expect a 8:00–5:00 schedule with occasional Saturdays and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Prior experience in HVAC or related industry is preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus and helpful for customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers at the counter, on the phone, and via email to identify needs and propose solutions.
• Serve as a product expert for plumbing and HVAC products to guide decisions.
• Drive sales growth by upselling, cross-selling, and promoting programs.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a positive experience.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales to support account growth and service to customers.
• Manage special orders, order status, back-orders, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain organized counter area and assist with inventory and stock organization.
