• Proficiency with computer systems and Prophet 21.
• Basic math skills and understanding of markups and margins.
• Ability to read invoices, catalogs, stock numbers and item descriptions.

Aufgaben

• Provide fast, friendly customer service by following Customer First standards, in person or over the phone.
• Greet customers and maintain a positive attitude as they enter the branch.
• Enter customer orders in system the same day received.
• Pull orders from warehouse and load into delivery truck or staging area.
• Prepare invoices, C.O.D.s, vendor purchase orders, and shipping/receiving paperwork.
• Ensure product leaving the branch is billed and payments collected.
• Process returns and warranties the same day received.
• Maintain clean, organized self-service area and displays.
• Use resources to locate products and update customers on delivery status.
• Report safety issues and accidents to supervisor promptly.
• Support warehouse duties and general housekeeping.
