Job summary

Bosch Home Comfort Group is seeking a counter sales associate to engage daily with customers, process orders, and help secure timely delivery of parts.

As a member of the branch team, you will support warehouse duties, assist in inventory, and collaborate with credit, shipping, and marketing to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of customer service experience or equivalent
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to thrive in a fast paced, team oriented environment
• Good analytical and problem solving abilities
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office software
• HVAC industry background including warehouse and forklift operations preferred
• Multilingual abilities a plus

Responsibilities

• Delight customers by providing quality products and services meeting requirements
• Manage customer relationships and enhance experience
• Support branch operations per guidelines and procedures
• Communicate daily with customers via phone, fax, email, or in person
• Enter orders, look up parts, research warranties
• Promote and support sales promotions
• Collaborate with regional sales and field staff to deliver service
• Coordinate with credit, billing, shipping, purchasing, marketing
• Research and resolve customer issues and complaints
• Provide status updates on orders and backorders
• Process credit and return requests
• Maintain daily order accuracy for timely delivery
• Assist in shipping/receiving and safekeeping of products
• Participate in Zero Harm safety culture; PPE compliance
