Job summary

Bosch is seeking a counter sales associate to engage customers daily, process orders, and support branch operations. You will assist with parts lookup, warranty inquiries, and delivering excellent service.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing orders, coordinating with credit, shipping, and marketing, and ensuring on-time delivery while upholding safety standards and the Zero Harm culture.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of customer service experience or equivalent
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Clear communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office
• HVAC industry background and forklift experience preferred
• Multilingual abilities are a plus

Responsibilities

• Delight customers by providing quality products and services that meet or exceed requirements
• Manage customer relationships and enhance the customer experience
• Support efficient branch operations following current guidelines and procedures
• Communicate with customers daily by phone, fax, e-mail, or in person
• Enter orders, look up parts, research warranties
• Promote and support sales promotions
• Collaborate with regional sales force and field staff to deliver premier service
• Work with other departments such as credit, billing, shipping, purchasing, and marketing
• Research and resolve customer issues and backorder statuses
• Process credit and return requests and ensure timely delivery
• Assist in shipping/receiving and stock/restocking activities
• Contribute to Zero Harm culture and PPE compliance
• Oversee pricing and margins on orders and adjust as needed
• Other duties as directed
