Responsibilities

• Delivers premier, front line customer service by greeting and assisting customers, vendors and the public.
• Responds with timely and accurate information regarding products and their applications.
• Initiates customer sales orders and processes warranties and returns.
• Determines product needed and suggests alternatives or add-ons.
• Selects appropriate product from stock when needed.
• Follow up on billing issues, collect payments and obtain credit information.
• Maintains customer databases accurately and up to date.
• Keeps counter displays organized and attractive.
• Assists with and resolves customer complaints.
• Develops and expands customer base through quality service.
• Supports promotional activities to boost branch sales.
• Observes opportunities to improve the customer experience and implement changes.
• Attends product and sales training to stay current with industry standards.
• Ensures company standards are maintained at all times.
• Performs special projects as assigned by management.
