Trane Technologies plc in Denver, CO is seeking a Controls Technician Team Leader to supervise HVAC Field Technicians who repair, retrofit and replace climate control systems. You will guide on-site installations, review drawings and coordinate with project managers to ensure safety and quality.

This role requires an associate degree in HVAC, 5+ years of experience, EPA Universal Technician Certification, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning.
• Minimum five years’ experience in HVAC.
• Working knowledge of HVAC products, systems, electronics and pneumatic controls.
• EPA approved Universal Technician Certification.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record for at least 12 months.

Responsabilités

• Train and develop HVAC Field Technicians, provide technical guidance.
• Schedule, organize, and dispatch HVAC Field Technicians; assist Service Manager with personnel decisions.
• Maintain vehicles and service records, schedules, and maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with Project Manager for on-site installations and repairs, reviewing layouts and materials.
• Assess area safety needs and contribute to safety policy implementation and training.
• Indicate expected overnight travel, if required, and plan accordingly.
