Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in HVAC.
• EPA approved Universal Technician Certification.
• Associate's degree in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Train and develop HVAC Field Technicians, providing technical guidance.
• Assist in scheduling, organizing, and dispatching HVAC Field Technicians; work with Service Manager on staffing decisions.
• Maintain vehicles and service manuals; schedule and complete repairs/maintenance.
• Coordinate with Project Manager for on-site installations and repairs; review building layouts and materials.
• Assess area safety needs and help implement safety policies and training.
