Job summary

Trane Technologies invites you to join our field-based HVAC/Controls service team. You will start and commission systems, diagnose and repair environmental-control equipment, and work on diverse commercial sites.

The role requires 3–5 years of HVAC/Controls experience, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and handheld devices; EPA certification is preferred. This position offers hourly pay with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years HVAC/Controls experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and handheld devices.
• Valid driver's license; EPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Start and commission new systems; diagnose and repair environmental-control systems.
• Serve as direct customer contact; ensure satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing on-site.
• Coordinate with team leader and customer to understand on-site requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of DDC controls and Trane products.
• Enforce safety standards and manage company assets.
• Be flexible to overtime and occasional overnight stays.
