Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Controls Project Manager for our HVAC division to lead on-site control systems projects with assigned customers. You will plan, execute, and complete projects, coordinating with subcontractors and field personnel to ensure success.

Responsibilities include directing installation, hardware design, programming, and commissioning, while managing costs, billings, and cash flow to protect profitability.

Qualifications

• Must have HVAC controls knowledge and experience.
• Experience communicating with customers.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to lead projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and complete control systems projects with assigned customers.
• Provide work direction to subcontractors, electrical installers, technicians, designers, and administration.
• Responsible for the overall financial results of assigned projects including costs, project billings, and collections.
• Maintain balance between customer satisfaction and project financial results.
• Coordinate communication with the customer during all phases of the project.
• Ensure work complies with state, local and Federal requirements and safety standards.
