Job summary

CBRE Building Automation Engineer role involves master systems integration of building management systems, building databases, and creating user interfaces based on project specifications and sales proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HVAC, electrical, mechanical or software.
• Experience analyzing and solving moderately complex problems using technical judgment.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of time.

Responsibilities

• Create complex programming using flow diagrams and panel layouts.
• Program control applications using various software tools.
• Perform job-site system checkout, commissioning, and testing.
• Verify operation per project specs and design docs.
• Develop system graphics per spec or proposal.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support.
• Diagnose and resolve system issues.
• Document resolutions for the project team.
