Johnson Controls is seeking an on-site HVAC Controls Lead Project Specialist in Irving, TX. You will lead control systems projects from design through commissioning, ensuring quality, schedule, and financial results.

You will coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams, manage costs, and provide coaching to technicians. A technical associate degree with HVAC field experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of field experience in HVAC or four years in related field.
• Experience communicating technical material to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently on-site with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead control systems projects on site to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee hardware design, programming, installation, commissioning, and closeout.
• Manage project costs, billing, collections, profitability, and cash flow.
• Coordinate communication with customers throughout all project phases.
• Provide coaching to technicians and subcontractors and ensure safe, quality delivery.
