Johnson Controls is seeking a Controls Project Manager for our HVAC division to lead on-site control systems projects. You will plan, execute, and complete projects with assigned customers, coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring financial performance and safety standards.

The role requires HVAC controls knowledge, strong communication, and leadership. A technical Associate degree with field experience is expected, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a technical Associates Degree with four years of field experience or six years of equivalent related field experience in the HVAC/Building Automation industry.
• Must have relevant technical hands on experience in systems design and commissioning of digital HVAC/ Building Automation controls systems.
• Along with HVAC Controls Knowledge, this role requires Customer Communication, Organization, Ability to lead projects.
• Proven verbal and written communication skills; must be able to communicate technical material to a non-technical audience.

Responsabilités

• Plans, executes, and completes control systems projects with assigned customers.
• Provides work direction to subcontractors, electrical installers, technicians, designers, and administration.
• Manages project finances including costs, billings, and collections to maintain profitability.
• Coordinates communication with the customer during all phases of the project and pursues change orders.
