Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Controls Project Manager for our HVAC division to lead on-site projects from planning to closeout with a strong focus on technical execution, safety, and ethics.

You will coordinate the full lifecycle of control systems, manage financial performance, and ensure work meets contract requirements and regulatory standards, while delivering clear customer communication.

Qualifications

• Technical associate degree with four years of field experience or 3 years equivalent related field experience in HVAC/building automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned control systems projects from planning through closeout.
• Coordinate hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, commissioning, and closeout activities.
• Provide direction to subcontractors, electricians, technicians, designers, and admin staff.
• Manage project financials including costs, billings, collections, profitability, and cash flow.
• Maintain regular customer communications and pursue change orders when scope changes occur.
