Johnson Controls seeks a Controls Project Manager for its HVAC division to lead on-site control systems projects from planning to completion. You will coordinate with customers, manage subcontractors, and drive project profitability while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Formación

• Minimum of a technical associate's degree with four years of field experience or six years of equivalent related field experience in HVAC/building automation.
• Relevant technical hands-on experience in systems design and commissioning of digital HVAC/building automation controls systems.
• Proven verbal and written communication skills; ability to lead projects and communicate to non-technical audiences.
• Computer proficiency in Windows, Excel, and related software; knowledge of control theory and building automation is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the on-site project leader to plan, execute, and complete control systems projects for assigned customers.
• Provide work direction to subcontractors, installers, technicians, designers and administration; manage costs and profitability.
• Coordinate communication with customers during all phases and pursue change orders where appropriate.
• Lead loading, verification, and commissioning of system controllers and ensure documentation and training for owners/operators.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain long-term relationships with contractors and clients.
