Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an on-site project leader to plan, implement, and complete digital HVAC controls projects for assigned customers. You will manage hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, and commissioning to achieve project success.

Qualifications

• Technical hands-on experience in digital HVAC controls systems design and commissioning.
• Ability to communicate technical material to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and manage on-site project tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site project planning, implementation, and completion of control systems projects for assigned customers.
• Manage project finances including costs, billings, and collections; pursue change orders when appropriate.
• Coordinate with customers during all project phases and ensure warranty execution.
• Provide direction to subcontractors and field staff to meet project scope and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and Johnson Controls safety policies.
