You will lead hardware design, programming, installation coordination, and commissioning, while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing project costs, billings, and collections; actively pursuing change orders; coordinating with customers and subcontractors; and ensuring safety, AHJ compliance, and proper

Qualifications

• Minimum of a technical Associates Degree with four years of field experience or six years of equivalent related experience.
• Must have applicable Building Automation Systems design and commissioning experience.
• Must possess appropriate licensing, certifications, and relevant hands-on experience.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work independently.
• Strong personal computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site project leader to plan, execute, and complete projects with assigned customers safely and cost-effectively.
• Manage hardware design, software programming, installation coordination, and commissioning.
• Oversee project financials including costs, billings, and collections; pursue change orders.
• Coordinate communication with customers; ensure warranty execution and AHJ compliance.
• Provide coaching to technicians and designers; ensure tasks are done on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, clients, and subcontractors; participate in progress meetings.
• Communicate project status to management and provide monthly revenue/cost forecasts.
