Johnson Controls is seeking an on-site project leader to plan, execute, and complete building automation projects with customers. You will coordinate hardware design, software programming, installation, and commissioning, while ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.

The role requires an associate degree with four years of field experience or six years in related work, plus strong PC skills and the ability to work independently. Competitive salary and extensive training are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have applicable Building Automation Systems design and commissioning experience.
• Minimum of a technical Associates Degree with four years of field experience or six years of equivalent related experience.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work independently.
• Strong personal computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site projects to plan, execute, and complete with customers.
• Coordinate hardware design, software programming, installation and commissioning.
• Manage costs, billings, and collections to meet profitability goals.
• Provide coaching to technicians and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality.
