Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience with installing and/or commissioning Johnson Controls Metasys systems.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude.
• Advanced computer drafting tools proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Designs hardware from standard design library for diagrams, BOM, and schematics.
• Performs software programming using established standards.
• Coordinates drawings and equipment schedules for submittals and installation.
• Orders and tracks materials; coordinates factory mounting to schedule.
• Assists in loading and commissioning of system and network controllers; troubleshoots issues.
• Gathers field changes and creates as-built drawings and operation manuals.
• Keeps stakeholders informed of progress and issues.
• Assists in site-specific owner/operator training.
• Completes time sheets, expense reports, and on-site documentation.
• Adheres to safety standards.
