Qualifications

• 3+ years installing/commissioning Metasys systems including system-level controllers
• Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical and control systems
• Demonstrated technical aptitude in building controls
• Strong CAD/ drafting tools skills

Responsibilities

• Select hardware designs from standard library for diagrams, BOMs, networks, and schematics
• Program software using established standards
• Create drawings and equipment schedules for submittals and installation
• Order and track materials; coordinate factory mounting and schedules
• Assist in loading/commissioning system and network controllers; troubleshoot with subcontractors
• As-build drawings and software from field changes; prepare operation manuals
• Keep stakeholders informed of progress and issues
• Assist in site-specific operator training
• Complete time sheets, expense reports, and on-site documentation
• Adhere to safety standards and ensure safety of personnel
