Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering and/or 8+ years of experience.
- Experience in construction, service, or HVAC industry.
- Knowledge of building automation and control theory.
- Experience integrating low voltage subsystems using protocols (LON, BACnet).
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences; CAD skills.
Responsibilities
- Designs, configures and services complex building control systems for client facilities.
- Creates flow diagrams, sequences of operations, bill of materials, network layouts.
- Develops and tests software to operate the system per facility requirements.
- Coordinates drawings and equipment schedules for submittals and installation.
- Orders and tracks delivery of materials for assigned jobs.
- Supports loading/commissioning of controllers; validates system functionality with teams.
