Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced technician to design and commission Metasys-based control systems for HVAC projects. You will select hardware, perform software programming, and prepare submittals and drawings for customers, consultants, and field teams.

The role requires coordinating material orders, site commissioning support, and documentation updates. Candidates should have 3+ years in Metasys deployments and a related engineering degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience with installing and/or commissioning Metasys systems.
• Experience with system-level controllers and Metasys tools RAC schedule, CCT, SCT, Visio.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Design hardware from standard design library and prepare flow diagrams, sequences of operations, BOMs, network layouts, and electrical schematics.
• Program software using established standards as a basis of design.
• Coordinate drawings and equipment schedules for submittals and installation.
