Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Controls Analyst to support Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) projects, focusing on HVAC optimization, operating performance, and validation of energy savings across multi-building portfolios in higher education and healthcare settings. The role involves evaluating BAS architectures, troubleshooting performance issues, and deploying advanced HVAC sequences across air and hydronic systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant HVAC experience required.
5+ years of experience in HVAC controls, design, energy management, or related fields.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong scope management and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

Understand and implement DDC control strategies for energy conservation measures.
Perform site assessments and analyze trend data to identify optimization opportunities.
Develop and modify DDC logic; validate sequence implementation and support testing.
Collaborate with engineering and commissioning teams to ensure high-quality, efficient systems.
Troubleshoot and optimize building automation system programming across multiple platforms.
Communicate findings and proposed solutions clearly to project teams.
