Job summary

AirConnect seeks an INTERN CONTRACTOR RECRUITER to grow and maintain AirConnect’s nationwide HVAC contractor network. Recruiters will onboard contractors, verify licenses and COIs, and enter each contractor into Salesforce so they are ready to receive work orders.

Responsibilities include identifying contractors, collecting documents, coordinating payments, and ensuring compliance across multiple markets while collaborating with Customer Service and Dispatch.

Qualifications

• Strong phone presence and comfort making outbound calls to business owners.
• Skilled in written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding files and deadlines.
• Experience with CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• IDENTIFY and research HVAC service companies nationwide.
• CALL and email contractors to recruit them to join AirConnect’s network.
• COLLECT onboarding documents (W-9, COI, license, contractor agreement).
• VERIFY contractor information and licenses for compliance.
• ENTER contractors into Salesforce with service area and contacts.
• SET UP payment terms and ACH information.
• TRACK document expirations and keep records current.
• MAINTAIN onboarding status from first contact to activation.
• PARTNER with other teams to fill coverage gaps and verify readiness.
• SUPPORT reporting on contractor activity.
