Job summary

USA Hometown Experts is seeking an HVAC Recruiter to source, screen, and hire technicians, installers, and support staff for our growing HVAC services.

You will develop a pipeline through networking and job boards, collaborate with hiring managers, and manage end-to-end recruitment from posting to offers. The role emphasizes a positive candidate experience, accurate ATS records, and compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in recruiting, preferably within HVAC or construction industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to assess technical skills and cultural fit of candidates.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.

Responsibilities
