Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience recruiting in HVAC or construction preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for HVAC roles.
• Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on staffing needs.
• Manage the full hiring process from posting to offers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain records in the ATS.
