Service Experts is seeking a Commercial Sales Consultant II to drive replacement, retrofit, and service-contract sales across commercial customers. You will present HVAC solutions, generate proposals, and close deals, leveraging networking and referrals to meet revenue targets.

You will build long-term client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and manage documentation and scheduling to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 2+ years sales experience in a B2B environment.
• Proven ability to generate leads via cold-calling, referrals, and networking.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC service concepts and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Generate commercial replacement, retrofit, and service-contract sales.
