Carrier Enterprise (CE) seeks an experienced Commercial Outside Sales Engineer for HVAC products in San Antonio, TX. You will engage engineers, contractors, architects, and owners, driving design, application and sales of unitary HVAC systems through CE's distributor network.

The role requires 5+ years of HVAC technical sales, a mechanical engineering background, and strong CRM and presentation skills. Full-time/part-time options, competitive benefits, and career growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven technical sales in HVAC.
• Undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• Strong understanding of HVAC principles.
• Proficiency with CRM/Database tools.
• Strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact and call on consulting engineers, contractors, architects, and owners to achieve annual sales and gross margin goals.
• Conduct sales, design, and application training to key decision makers.
• Work with specifying engineers and design-build contractors to help specify CE products.
• Create new business through organized prospecting and increase market share in assigned territory.
• Conduct take-offs of plans and specifications; develop and price estimates, write the proposal and bid jobs.
• Participate in local and regional trade organizations and trade shows.
• Provide and/or coordinate technical and product training to customers.
