Job summary

Carrier Enterprise is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Engineer in Carrollton, TX. You will engage engineers, contractors, and owners to win HVAC projects, provide technical and application support, and help specify CE products through the distributor network.

You will conduct training, prepare takeoffs and bids, and represent CE at trade shows and local events. A mechanical engineering degree and strong HVAC knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven technical sales in HVAC.
• BS in Mechanical Engineering or similar field.
• Strong understanding of HVAC principles.
• Experience with specified products and contractors.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM/database tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Contact engineers, contractors, architects and owners to meet sales targets.
• Provide design and application training to key decision makers.
• Assist in specifying CE products for projects.
• Develop new business in assigned territory through prospecting.
• Create takeoffs, price estimates, proposals and bids.
• Represent CE at local and regional events.
