Carrier Enterprise is a leading HVAC/R distributor with 200+ locations across North America. The Commercial Sales Engineer role in Chesapeake, VA focuses on technical sales to engineers and contractors, with opportunities in both full-time and part-time tracks.

You will help specify products, conduct training, and pursue new business while collaborating with a broad distributor network. The position emphasizes strong HVAC knowledge, proven sales experience, and CRM capabilities to drive growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven technical sales in HVAC.
• Undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field.
• Solid understanding of HVAC principles and products.
• Proficient with CRM/Database tools.

Responsibilities

• Call on engineers, contractors, and owners to hit sales and margin goals.
• Deliver sales, design, and application training to decision makers.
• Assist engineers and designers to specify CE products.
• Develop new business through organized prospecting in the territory.
• Prepare plans, takeoffs, and price estimates; support bids.
• Represent CE at local/regional trade shows and trainings.
