Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-3 years of sales development, business development, or relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients and market opportunities; develop outbound strategies; build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
• Sales Development: Conduct product/service demonstrations; prepare and deliver tailored proposals; respond promptly to inquiries and follow up.
