Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Commercial Account Manager I in Bluffton, SC. This outside sales role focuses on growing revenue through new business development, expanding existing customer relationships, and promoting HVAC replacement, retrofit, service agreements, and leasing programs.

You will conduct consultative sales presentations, develop tailored proposals, and target commercial accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with proven B2B sales experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC concepts is preferred and beneficial.
• Skilled at building long-term relationships with accounts and stakeholders.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools; ability to analyze data and prepare proposals.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue through new business development and by expanding existing accounts.
• Identify opportunities for upgrades, service contracts, and leasing solutions.
• Conduct consultative sales presentations and deliver tailored HVAC solutions.
• Develop and present proposals with clear technical details and value-based options.
• Meet or exceed sales targets across revenue growth, close rate, and service contracts.
